The Secretary of Tourism of Quintana Room, Juan Carlos Gonzalez acknowledged that the appointment of the Tourism Tongues Traveling presents legal deficiencies; including lack of modification of the call, at no time raised the possibility of assigning three locations or an alternate destination a colonial beach.
“Definitely there is no legal basis because the first call and only one did not mention that would be released two or more destinations, but were invited to participate in choosing a destination.”
